It’s currently March 13th, which means there is just 2.5 weeks till Easter holidays BUT this year is a little different with public school holidays occurring separately.

What does this mean?

– The Easter period is going to present challenges for recruiters

–  You need to communicate with your clients that this problem is coming up and it’s going to be a real problem for recruiting.

– If you’ve got targets for March that you want to hit, you sure as shit want to make sure that this week you’ve done all the generational activities for that.
