Why do I think recruiters should prescribe like doctors? Because a good recruiter listens to candidate concerns and offers personalised career solutions. 

Candidates come to us at a crossroads in their career, they’re unhappy in their current role or they’re wanting to take the next step in their career. I think there is a missed opportunity when recruiters brush over explaining the process and don’t prescribe a personalised solution.
