Are you on target to reach your recruitment billings goal for 2024?

In this ep, I outline a very simple equation you should be doing to see if you’re on track for your annual target. 

– If you’re off course, it’s okay, there’s still time to take action and hit your target!
– If you’re on track, that’s great! But DO NOT take your foot off the accelerator!

I find it motivating to think about what it’s going to cost me if I fail to meet my target eg a holiday or nice watch. If you don’t hit your billings goal, what does that mean for you!?
