In recruitment, it’s all to easy to feel frustrated and annoyed when things don’t turn out how we were expecting. BUT a powerful mindset shift is to ask, what is the opportunity here? How can I use this situation to my advantage?
For example, if a deal doesn’t go your way and a candidate takes another opportunity how can you reframe it? What opportunity could be there? I can think of a number of ways to reframe it.
