I am seeing some absolute tomfoolery in the market right now, and I’m sure you guys are starting to see this as well.

When things tighten up, when markets shrink or move, recruiters are then starting to plow in and go, where can I find work?

What I’m seeing, which is blowing my mind, is some really, really desperate, actions by recruiters. Don’t ruin your reputation by doing these things.

STOP:

❌ Sending CVs without interviewing a candidate 
❌ Sending CVs without candidate permission
❌ Disrespecting confidentiality
